Search stars for WooCommerce product pages

Product structured data can help Google understand individual product ratings and reviews. A robust WooCommerce implementation must align Product, Review and AggregateRating with the visible reviews, avoid duplicate schema and keep product identifiers accurate. Valid schema makes pages eligible for rich results; it cannot guarantee Google stars.

  • Product and AggregateRating JSON-LD fundamentals
  • Avoid duplicate WooCommerce/SEO-plugin markup
  • Use genuine, visible product-level review data

Shopping ad stars from your WooCommerce reviews

Google Shopping Product Ratings uses review data matched to products, usually through GTIN or brand and MPN. Merchant Center data sources are separate from organic Product schema. Cartnio hosts a product reviews feed for Merchant Center, using the GTINs and SKUs synced from your WooCommerce products.

Product review analytics and AI insights

A sophisticated WooCommerce review programme looks beyond star averages. Review coverage, product issues, sentiment themes, customer attributes and well-grounded AI summaries help merchandising teams identify meaningful changes. Cartnio's current dashboard shows review activity and ratings; deeper AI analysis needs its own data pipeline.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add Cartnio reviews to Elementor?

Yes. With the free Cartnio plugin installed, search "Cartnio" in the Elementor panel and drag in the Reviews, Q&A, Review Carousel, Rating Badge or Star Rating widget. On Elementor Pro product templates they show the current product automatically. Without the plugin, you can paste the hosted embed into an Elementor HTML widget.

How do I add product reviews in WordPress?

You can embed approved Cartnio reviews using a WordPress Custom HTML block. Native product-specific WooCommerce widgets and catalogue synchronization require a connected integration.

Can WooCommerce reviews generate Google star ratings?

Reviews and truthful Product/AggregateRating structured data can make an individual product page eligible for Google review rich results. Google chooses whether the stars appear. Avoid fake ratings, markup on unrelated pages, or duplicate schema from multiple plugins.

Do product reviews show as stars in Google Shopping?

Google Shopping Product Ratings uses review data sources submitted through Google Merchant Center or supported aggregators. Merchants generally need at least 50 reviews across products, accurate matching identifiers, and a regularly refreshed complete feed. Ratings are not guaranteed.

Is Cartnio connected directly to WooCommerce orders?

Yes. The free Cartnio plugin for WooCommerce syncs orders, schedules a review request after each completed order, labels those reviews as verified purchases, and adds reviews, Q&A and rating schema to product pages.

Can I migrate my existing WordPress reviews?

Retain your original review exports and identifiers. Cartnio provides collection and moderation today; check migration support before relying on a bulk import.
